What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 14 days if you would like to return your order. You must pay for return shipping and up to a 20% restocking fee may apply. As soon as we receive and process the return, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
The item must be returned in its original state received. If a Certificate of Authenticity was issued, you must return it to receive full credit back. All orders using discount codes with percent off are Final Sale. If you used a free shipping discount code, that amount will be deducted from your refund. All items on-sale or clearance are Final Sale. All Mail-ins, Pre-Orders, Zobie Boxes, and Mystery Grab Bags are Final Sale.

WILL I RECEIVE THE EXACT ITEM PICTURED?
Most of the time for Autographed Pops, yes!  We strive to give you the best representation of each item, but some items have multiple quantities in stock. They will have the same signature placement and should have the same marker color, so they may be differ slightly. Keep in mind, everything is 100% authentic, and if an item is advertised as JSA, Beckett, or PSA, you will get a photo with that authentication as advertised.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING & HANDLING COST? CAN MULTIPLE ITEMS BE COMBINED?
Shipping and handling is based on exact costs. Once you type in your zip code on the cart page or during checkout, it will give you options for optional shipping services. Yes, multiple items can be combined into one order. If you are pre-ordering items, we recommend placing two separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items.
Shipping Information:
Shipping is calculated by exact costs based on weight and location. All in-stock orders are shipped Monday through Friday within 2 business days. We only ship via USPS.
Estimated Shipping Time for Domestic Orders:
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
Estimated Shipping Time for International Orders:
USPS First Class Mail: varies by destination and service.
USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days, depending on service.
